1. Shipping Processing Time

- We endeavour to process all orders within 2 business days, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
1.2 Delays:
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days but we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
2.1 Shipping Charges:
- Our standard shipping rate is £14.99 + VAT for orders under £150+ VAT and Free on all orders over £250+ VAT.
2.2 Delivery Estimates:
- Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Typical delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1 business day
- Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business day(s)
3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
- Expert Lighting Distribution Limited ships to addresses within UK (Mainland, Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland) & Republic of Ireland. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 3 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Expert Lighting Distribution Limited is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. International Shipping Policy
- We currently do not ship outside the UK (Mainland, Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland) & Republic of Ireland

- Stripe: Secure payments can be made via Stripe online payments for businesses.
- Existing trade Account: If you already have a trade account setup, payments can be made via this option on a 30 days EOM basis through the website.

- All prices listed on the website are in Great British Pound Sterling, and all transactions will be processed in this currency.
